1 small stalk of spring onion , cut small
1 small stalk of parsley, cut small

1. Mixed everything together and it's ready to served. You can also make 1 day ahead. Keep it in the fridge and it can last for about 2 days.
Remark : you can also substitute the pamelo with mango.
This is my ready kerabu pamelo to be served.
I kept a bowl of the kerabu for my family (enough for 5 person). The rest my hubby wanted to give away to his friends. He told his friends about it and they wanted to have some too. So, I have about 15 small round container to give away.
HAVE A NICE WEEKEND!!!

This is the owner. There are a few stall over at Perak Road. His stall is easy to locate. Opposite Belleview project which called Harmony Square. For those who know the shop that make good meeku, his stall is just next to it.
He parked his stall just in front of a motor shop which closed in the evening. This stall is open from 8pm till 2am. During the afternoon, you can find him near Jetty (near to Chew Jetty)
Whenever we are there, we will buy alot of stuff - chicken wings, chicken liver, chicken feet, bun that filled with luncheon meet, sausages, chicken floss and depends what else my family want. The price that he charged are reasonable. If I am not mistaken the bun range from RM0.70 - RM0.90. Apparently, many customers drop by to buy chicken feet, chicken backside and bun from him.

It's so easy to do and yummy to eat too. Never leave it too long or else the guava will become soft.
